Andrea – Philosophy


My job is to connect with clients in a way that helps them recognize the importance of food in every aspect of their lives.

I can show you how to build a strong nutritional foundation – one that’s easy to implement and positively supports any type of life goal you have.

Whether your goal is to have more energy, succeed at a new job or simply to feel present and focused in your daily activities, I’ll help you make a positive and permanent change.

All of my offerings revolve around a core set of “Integrative Eating” principles.

Allow me to share my unique philosophy and approach to getting healthy.


Step 1 – Get Personalized Support

The first step to creating a significant and permanent improvement in your health and wellness is to be open for support and guidance by a trusted advisor. Doing it alone can be difficult and can take a long time. I provide hands-on, personalized solutions, which positively impacts your health and brings harmony to your daily experience.


Step 2 – Create a Nourishing Foundation

Just like your home needs a strong foundation to provide long-lasting shelter, your body needs the foundations of nutrition to give you the long-lasting energy and focus to achieve your goals.

In our time together, you will learn key integrative eating principles, personalized to your unique lifestyle, that will clear up your health challenges and provide you with new levels of energy, personal confidence and focus.

You’ll be amazed how easily these life-long principles will become part of your life. From easy entertaining, to getting your kids to eat better, to on-the-go solutions for work and home, you’ll never be at a loss for what to eat again.


Step 3 – Release and Replace Toxins

Once your integrative eating foundation has taken hold, we’ll move on to eliminating food sensitivities and greening your household to release toxins and common allergic food products that affect your mental acuity, children’s behavior, digestive health and long-term family wellness.

I’ll introduce you to delicious new foods, tasty substitutes, time-saving kitchen wisdom and an at-your-own-pace action plan to replace the foods and lifestyle habits that no longer serve your goals.


Step 4 – Tap into Powerful Insights

Clients experience a new level of confidence, energy and mental sharpness as a result of upgrading their food choices and self-care, including rediscovering intuitive skills and strengths, increasing self-awareness and reconnecting to their inner direction.

By resolving confusing health symptoms that mask this innate wisdom, you’ll be able to dive in and finally hear what’s true for you. A valuable asset in today’s world.


Step 5 – Uncover the Blessing in Disguise

I believe that there is a blessing in every health challenge. When you live in disharmony with your soul’s truth, you can bet that you’ve been receiving signs along the way to slow down, reflect and do things different. And the signs keep getting bigger until you finally pay attention.

Our sessions will provide you with a warm, safe haven for you to pause and reflect on what matters most to you and to realign your everyday food and lifestyle choices to live your truth.


Step 6 – Nourish What Matters

Improving your food choices is much more than what you eat. Feeling good and being your best is also about nourishing your heart and soul. This kind of “nourishment” is also food, but it doesn’t come on a plate.

Things like downtime, discovering creative outlets, time with loved ones, reconnecting to a long-forgotten passion, reigniting a stale marriage and more. No amount of nutrients, supplements or healthy meals can substitute for this kind of nourishment.

Nourishing what matters is essential to your health and wellness and is what makes my approach truly integrative.


Step 7 – Live Life Fully

Once you have achieved your health goals, looked inward and tapped your inner wisdom, you will feel your life start to open. I’ll show you how to stay aware, on track and continuously re-inspire yourself to live healthy and in harmony through mindful strategies and practices that help you consciously create the future you want.
